The Website provides information about sawmill services (sawing, wood products, sawn timber) and enables product catalogue browsing, cart management and order submission via the web shop. Registration and orders are not intended for persons under 18 without parental or legal guardian supervision.

The relationship is governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federation of BiH, including:

• Law on Obligations – contractual rights and obligations
• Law on Consumer Protection of the Federation of BiH – consumer rights in online orders
• Law on E-Commerce of the Federation of BiH – information society services and online trade
• Law on Personal Data Protection of the Federation of BiH
• Law on Accounting and Audit of the Federation of BiH
• Other applicable regulations of BiH and the Federation of BiH

We strive to keep information accurate. However:

• Content is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing (order confirmation, quote or invoice).
• We may change content, prices and offers without prior notice.
• Product images may differ slightly from actual items due to natural wood variation.
• Displayed prices are indicative; final price depends on dimensions, quantity, wood type and specifications.
• Dimensions entered in the cart serve as an enquiry; final measures and price may be adjusted after review.

Order submission requires a user account registered via the better-auth system. You are responsible for the accuracy of profile data and safeguarding login credentials.

Cart items are stored in your browser localStorage under "mali-galecic-cart". The cart does not reserve stock.

Submitting an order does not create a purchase contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing with final items, price, payment and delivery terms.

Promo codes are subject to their stated terms. Misuse may result in cancellation of discounts and account suspension.

You are responsible for the accuracy of order data (name, email, phone, company details, delivery address, specifications).

Consumers may contact the Federal Ministry of Trade or cantonal consumer protection inspectorate and use out-of-court dispute resolution.
